2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans white beans, drained
1 can green chiles
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp chili powder
4 oz cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Instructions
Sauté onions and garlic in large pot until softened.
Add chicken broth, beans, green chiles, and seasonings.
Stir in shredded chicken.
Simmer 25–30 minutes.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Season to taste and serve warm.
