4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups broth
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Instructions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Sear in skillet until browned.
Remove chops and sauté onions in butter.
Stir in flour.
Slowly add broth and whisk smooth.
Return pork chops to skillet.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
