  • 4–5 lb pork shoulder

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • ½ cup broth

Preparation

Instructions
  1. Rub seasonings all over pork shoulder.

  2. Place in slow cooker with broth.

  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  4. Shred pork with forks.

  5. Mix with BBQ sauce before serving.
