4–5 lb pork shoulder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ cup broth
Preparation
Instructions
Rub seasonings all over pork shoulder.
Place in slow cooker with broth.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred pork with forks.
Mix with BBQ sauce before serving.
