3–4 lb beef roast
4 carrots
4 potatoes
1 onion
3 cups broth
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Instructions
Season roast generously.
Sear all sides in skillet.
Place vegetables in slow cooker.
Add roast and broth.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred or slice before serving.
