2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
¼ cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Preparation
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
Place chicken in marinade and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken 6–8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
