3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
Salt and pepper
1 lemon
Preparation
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat chicken dry.
Rub with oil and seasonings.
Stuff cavity with lemon halves.
Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest 10 minutes before carving.
