The herb butter melts into the steak and creates incredible flavor.

Ingredients

4 steaks
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Compound Butter
1 stick softened butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
Preparation
Instructions
Mix butter ingredients and refrigerate.
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat skillet or grill to high heat.
Cook steaks to desired doneness.
Top each steak with compound butter before serving.
