  • 3 lbs chicken pieces

  • 2 cups buttermilk

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.

  2. Mix flour and seasonings.

  3. Coat chicken thoroughly.

  4. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Drain on paper towels.
