3 lbs chicken pieces
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Preparation
Instructions
Marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.
Mix flour and seasonings.
Coat chicken thoroughly.
Fry until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Drain on paper towels.
