Tips from the Farm
Serve with fresh green beans or buttery corn for a complete farmhouse meal.

2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
3 cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Cooked rice for serving
Preparation
Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper.
Brown beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
Remove beef and sauté onions and garlic in butter.
Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in beef broth.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Return beef to pan and simmer covered for 1–1½ hours until tender.
Serve over warm rice.
