Use whatever seasonal vegetables are fresh from the garden.

Ingredients
1 pie crust
6 eggs
1 cup milk
6 slices bacon, cooked
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place crust in pie dish.
Mix eggs and milk.
Add bacon, vegetables, and cheese.
Pour into crust.
Bake 40–45 minutes until set.
